While there are no detailed statistics on the size of Mailisa's empire, it's reported that their business brings in thousands of billions annually. This wealth allows them to invest and spend freely on personal interests.

Mailisa's business strategy is unique. Unlike many entrepreneurs, who focus on a few core companies, the couple has been creating multiple companies with similar names in different locations. These include several companies established between 2015 and 2023 in cities like Phu Quoc, Nha Trang, Da Nang, Can Tho, and others.

The company's net profit is impressive, totaling over 412 billion VND in the same period, with a profit margin of over 41%. Despite reinvestments and profit distributions, by the end of 2023, the company still had 154.8 billion VND in cummulative profit, while its registered capital was only 1 billion VND.

Similarly, Ms. Phan Thi Mai and Mr. Hoang Kim Khanh's "golden touch" extended to Mailisa Trading Co., Ltd., operating in Buon Ma Thuot City, Dak Lak Province. Starting with 1 billion VND, Mr. Khanh turned it into a highly profitable company, with revenues growing significantly from 2019 to 2023, reaching 75.2 billion VND last year.

They converted to profits of 11.8 billion VND, 25.1 billion VND, 19.7 billion VND, 29.1 billion VND, and 28.2 billion VND during this period. In total, nearly 270 billion VND in revenue brought 114 billion VND in profit for Mr. Hoang Kim Khanh, with a profit margin over 42%, which is better than expected compared to Mai Li Sa Company.
