The activities of the Eco Planting System often feature Professor Phan Van Truong sharing meaningful lessons and valuable advice. On the Cấy Nền Radio YouTube channel, the professor once talked about the idea of "valuable things seeking valuable people" and the principle of getting rich. According to the professor, when we contribute to society with passion, knowledge, and constructive projects, people and society will value us and give us warmth and security in return. He advises to behave well and if things don't go as expected, accept the loss because society will reward us "a hundredfold" in return.

Professor Phan Van Truong shared, "Don't think about money, my dear students. In the past, when I was young, I used to eagerly seek money. I was fortunate to encounter a kind teacher who taught me 'Valuable things seek valuable people.' At that time, I didn't fully understand the meaning, but as I lived on, I realized that when we contribute to society with passion, knowledge, and constructive projects, people and society will value us and give us warmth and security in return."

~ "Oh, is that so! I reminded myself that I never dared to think of myself as noble. But in reality, you should behave with dignity, conduct yourselves with principles and etiquette, know how to share fairly, and if you don't achieve the desired results, just accept the loss. Because you will be surprised to discover that society will reward you a hundredfold. And so, never, never become a slave to money."

Professor Phan Van Truong explains the principle of wealth creation as follows: when we have a profession, we will not be hungry. As for becoming a billionaire, one must consider whether "money comes to us or not."

"Yesterday, I had a small group sitting around me, each dreaming of getting rich. I explained the principle of getting rich, that when you have a profession, you will never be hungry. As for being called a billionaire, money comes to you, you don't go looking for it. Don't worry, many rich people don't understand why they are rich. Some people work their whole lives and never get rich. But when you have a profession, you can be sure to support yourself, your family, and help your children progress. As for being a billionaire, just live quietly, whether money comes to you or not, it chooses you, you don't choose it." - Professor Phan Van Truong shared.
